ALLONZE and ALLCHECK+ are immunofixation tests based on the ELISA principle, with revelation by the biotin streptavidin system.
The circulating allergen-specific IgE of the sample are put in contact with 11 individual allergens (ALLONZE) and with 11 allergens mixtures (ALLCHECK+).
There are 4 steps for the test procedure as follows :
